Love love love this place! I like the honey hot chicken bowl and it never disappoints. It’s one of my favorites in central market.
Love the food and have yet to be disappointed. If you have been to the Central Market and haven't stop to eat there, you are missing one of the best foods place they have to offer. Treat yourself to something good!
Excellent atmosphere employees know what they're doing reasonable prices
Renee's food is addictively delicious, and it's so healthful. Love everything I've had there and look forward to a Global Cafe restaurant, please! (Next door to my house, maybe?) Her jerk chicken was a huge hit at a celebration of ours years ago; guests still remember that in particular. I crave her greens and her home-crafted juices. I head straight there at the market.
The young lady running the counter was superb very friendly engaging just a lovely person all the way and the food was excellent must try the curry chicken
Plantain bean avocado bowl is to die for make sure you get the stewed tomato’s and coconut sauce that the sweet ladies suggest!!!! Also cranberry chocolate chip cookie for dessert shouldn’t be passed over!

Got the chicken avocado bean rice bowl.. Delicious with great flavor. Chicken cooked well. Avocado was perfectly ripe. Black beans were amazing. Wanted the plantains as a side but couldn't get it.
Global cafe catered my wedding that was held at the York central market. The food was absolutely knock-out. Everyone was and still is raving about it. The pricing was also extremely fair for the quantity and quality of what we received! Thank you so much, global cafe, for making our wedding even more special!
I’m currently eating my leftovers from lunch today and couldn’t help but hop on here to leave a review! 100000/10 This is an extremely satisfying meal for one or even 2 people (portion sizes are larrrrge). Coconut curry chicken has the most phenomenal flavor and the ladies behind the counter were so lovely to interact with! I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!
